New(s): the other Levis

So... I have no time to say all that I'd like to say just now, but I wanted to announce that I was named the winner of the University of Utah's/Academy of American Poets' Levis Prize today.

Yea! Been a while since I've had some good news to share, so there you are. What does this mean? Well, it means that Dana Levin liked my poems (and since I love hers, it means a lot), and it means that I'll receive a small honorarium, and I'll read in the U's Guest Writers' Series in 2012-2013 (w/the fancy-pants writers).

Pretty stoked.

Now...back to theory reading...
